Customer Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. If you are not satisfied with the completed lettering service due to material defects or installation errors on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or appropriate compensation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations: material failure due to manufacturing defects within warranty period, significant installation errors that cannot be corrected, or cancellation before work begins. Custom design work and materials that have been cut or applied are generally non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund or warranty service, contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds: design consultations and approved designs, custom color matching, travel charges for mobile services, and work damaged by customer negligence, accidents, or improper care.

Warranty Coverage

Our 5-year material warranty covers premature fading, cracking, or peeling under normal use. Warranty repairs or replacements are provided at no charge when the issue is covered under warranty terms. Labor for warranty work is included.
